Aerial Hoop Mini's (age 4-7) Spring 1

Service Description

These classes are for children age 4-7 years (those age 8+ can join our children's classes for age 8-11 and those 11+ can join our youth classes). Aerial hoop is great for building strength, confidence, flexibility and is loads of fun! This class is booked half termly. So this is for the first half of the spring term, there are 5 weeks in this half term block. The block runs from 8th January to 5th February inclusive, so a total of 5 sessions. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO CLASS ON 12TH FEBRUARY DUE TO INSTRUCTOR ABSENCE. These sessions are slightly shorter than our older children's class, so run for 45 minutes, the class is drop off and collect later only, as there is limited space inside the studio, but you must be contactable while they are in class. Most parents wait in their cars but some head to Saffron Walden which is a 5 minute drive away. No previous experience is necessary, classes will be led by Joe (aka Penny Farthing) an aerial and hula hoop performer and teacher, with paediatric first aid, DBS check on the update service and around 10 years experience of aerial hoop, as well as 16 years experience teaching children. Occasionally classes may be covered by another instructor due to illness or holiday. Children should come to classes wearing suitable clothes for exercising in, with their legs covered (or at least the back of their knees) and nothing too baggy that can get caught in apparatus, having the backs of knees covered is advisable to protect their skin. Jewellery should be avoided (earrings are fine) and children should bring a drink of water with them. The studio can be hard to find, especially in the dark. If you get lost ring me on 07742353163!
