Aerial Sound Bath December 7.10pm

Come and relax with us at Penny Farthing Circus Arts this December! We are hosting special workshops combining relaxing sound healing and the gentle support of the aerial hammocks we use for aerial yoga here at the studio. Sarah, our experienced sound practitioner, will lead you through a restorative sound bath, using soothing vibrations to help ease stress, calm your mind and bring balance, all whilst gently swaying in our supportive aerial silk hammocks. No experience is necessary, Penny Farthing will be on hand to help anyone new to aerial hammocks to learn how to get in and out safely and the equipment can be lowered where needed. As there will be another session from 6-7pm, please wait OUTSIDE the studio, as quietly as you can and wait for the instructor to open the door to let you in, so as not to disturb the previous session. No experience is needed, please just bring yourself and wear something comfortable, avoiding things like buckles, zips, velcro and rhinestones, as they damage the silks. It is difficult to keep the silks completely still, so if you get motion sickness, this workshop may not be for you. This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have Tinitus. This session is for adults only, although if you wish to bring someone age 15+ this will be considered. They must be accompanied by an adult though.
