Lollipop Tricks with Penny Farthing! In this one off 1 hour 15 minute workshop with Penny will give you a chance to explore some lollipop specific tricks that utilise the pole and the hoop. The lollipop is a fairly large piece of equipment and so you may feel higher up than usual but Penny Farthing is here to spot and support you. You'll come away with some cool and unusual poses on the hoop and pole and some that include both! Lollipop is a fusion between aerial hoop and pole, so some experience of either will help you get the most out of this workshop but ideally you will have been on a lollipop workshop before and be confident getting in and out of the hoop. This is a small group session, with just 3 participants, as we only have space for one lollipop stage in the studio, as a result the hoop and pole will be at a standard height and size and everyone will use the same one. This should not affect who attends though, as it should be suitable for all adults. This workshop does require you to have some aerial hoop or pole experience and being able to confidently climb into the hoop via a Delilah climb is a definite bonus. This session is for adults only, although if you wish to bring someone age 14+ this will be considered. They must be accompanied by an adult though. Please come in clothes suitable for aerial exercise and bring a drink! The studio can be hard to find, you will be sent more information on how to find it nearer the time.
