Mixed Ability Aerial Hoop Monday 7pm

Service Description

These classes are for adults, although we do accept those from 16 years and up. Aerial hoop is great for building strength, confidence, flexibility and is loads of fun! These are mixed ability classes, planned around the needs and abilities of whomever books the block. Classes are led by Kathryn and aerial hoop instructor with many years of aerial and pole experience. We also have beginners and intermediate specific classes on a Tuesday evening as an alternative. These classes are booked in Monthly blocks, so this is for November 2026, starting on Monday 2nd through to the 30th, so a total of 5 classes in this month.
