Service Description

These classes are for children age 8+ years (those age 4-7 can join our mini's class, those age 11+ can join a youth class), those who can fit into two classes should speak to the studio owner to clarify which one would suit them best. Aerial hoop is great for building strength, confidence, flexibility and is loads of fun! This class is booked half termly. So, this is the second half of the autumn term, running from 2nd November to 14th December, inclusive. No previous experience is necessary, classes will be led by Kathryn, an aerial hoop teacher, with paediatric first aid, DBS check on the update service and many years years experience of aerial hoop and pole fitness.
